Waggish Writer Week 28 Updates and Reflections

Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit Waggish Writer.

The following below are my updates and reflections for Waggish Writer.

UPDATES

  • I am condensing my postings to Waggish Writer to one to two blog posts a week to avoid overwhelming subscribers who have stayed with me for so long. One blog post will have new content. One blog post will be a throw back to my older work (because I know I can always write better).

  • Once per month, I'll write a blog that is basically updates and reflections of Waggish Writer.

  • I refined my Table of Contents to make it a bit more friendly to follow as the bullet points do not seem to be working.

  • In case you've missed my previous posts, here is the latest content:

REFLECTIONS

I am excited and terrified as I am in the process of closing a chapter of my life and starting a new one. I am moving in with my boyfriend, concluding my story of my time in Ann Arbor. My memories of Ann Arbor go back to my first year in college at the University of Michigan, which is a decade ago. That's a bit shocking to realize how much of my life has been invested in Ann Arbor.

This next chapter of my life is putting me into the unknown but with a partner-in-crime to be at my side and ensure I take the next step in where I want to be. I have all the tools. In this transition, I want to make a home that I am putting my best effort forward. Once the home is made, it's time to buckle down and get back to what I love: writing. I know that the home I am having with my boyfriend will take time and effort, meaning I'll have to set my creative endeavors on hold from time to time. However, it will be worth it because he makes me happy. He encourages my writing but reminds me of reality. I look forward to this new chapter.
