The following below are my updates, bloopers, and schemes for the website's future.
UPDATES
My subscribers have climbed to a total of 19. Considering how the website became live in May, I am fairly pleased that my writing has garner interest with universe. I will continue to work hard to gather interest in my work.
I am working on linking my work as several of my posts are part of series. I'm in the process of connecting the series together, so those who want to follow the series do not have to hunt down my series each week at a time.
BLOOPERS
Another week has come where my creativity has followed "Misventures" rather than the main beats of Author.
An obvious blooper is that this post is a day late from my usual posting for the website updates. I blame my lack of self-control with Facebook's videos.
SCHEMES
Writers are the greatest schemers, plotting the course of their adventures to guide their characters and readers, whether they realize the writer's guiding hand or not. I am sharing some of my schemes to give you content to look forward to in the upcoming days/weeks/months/years.
Schemes for Author:
I have been inspired to continue down the rabbit hole known as "Misventures" in the drafting stage. I am really enjoying the story and the place I wish to take the characters that I am creating. The content is based on the world of D&D with edits that I'll need to do as some D&D content is copyrighted. What comforts me is known that "Divine Devices" and "Samurai Sisters" are there when I'm ready to continue the stories.
Schemes for Poet:
I will post when the mood strikes me with poetry being more spontaneous than my other types of writing and the quickest to share. I may tidy them up a little because I am a bit of a perfectionist, which is why I am slow in sharing my writing.
Schemes for Screenwriter:
I feel stumped in how to draw interest to my scripts for "Fire Soul" and "Hellnest Manor." I feel that I may create a series of pages to help readers navigate the scripts since a document maybe more challenging. I will probably see if I can do work in creating material that would go along with submitting the material for publication to help me garner interest in reading the stories. If you have ideas, let me know in the comments section. Feedback will help a lot.
Schemes for Journalist:
As I have put out first posts for "Waggish Writer Geeks Out," "A Matter of Mantra," and "Waggish Writer Writes," I will be on the look out for cool content for my three variations of my journalist persona. As I plan to share a post once a week, I will trade on and off with "Waggish Writer Geeks Out" and "A Matter of Mantra."
Put ideas in the comment section with "Journalist" as part of it so I can be on the look out for your ideas!
FanFiction Writer
For this week, inspiration moved me to update "Her Maid, Blood Bird," bringing the chapter count to 3.
With the release of three FanFiction series at different stages, I will be trading on and off of which chapters to publish. At least once a week, I will update one story with one chapter.
You can affect the stories' progress by commenting in the comments which one you would like to see next. Otherwise, the stories will flow naturally.
