Waggish Writer Week 17 Reflections

Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit Waggish Writer.

Week 17 has been a mixture of blessings and losses. In respect for the losses, I'll not go into further detail. I am sending positive vibes and silent support to those whom my heart aches for their troubles.

It is at those moments that I am made to look back at my life and what is around me. Currently, my boyfriend and I are sitting besides his parents' pool. We are together, but he's playing his switch while watching some college football while I write. This month commemorates three years we have been dating. I never imagined my life would travel in this time.

It is also at these moments that I miss those who have traveled onward to the next adventure. My grandma on my dad's side when I was in 4th grade. My grandpa on my mom's side while I was in the last year of my undergrad years.. I miss them, but I also remember them. My grandma's lavish parties (I only cared about the huge bear stockings filled with Christmas presents at the time of being a little kid) and my grandpa's drug store where he shared a space with my grandma's party store where we could chose one Beanie Baby to take home from our visit.

I'm happy to share that my side venturing into the world of writing has been going fairly well. I will not make my goal of my earnings this month, but I know a method of how to achieve it. I will keep writing and see where my writing takes me.

Well, that's a wrap for this week's reflection. I'll see you next week!
